Install
Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your Apple Account password. The app is free.
Register
Use a phone number that receives SMS. Hosting with an agency? Open the host invitation link before creating the account — it cannot be done later. Opening an agency instead? Do not sign up here: the number would become a host account for good. See the agency page.
Allow camera, microphone and notifications
The first two are required for calls. Notifications matter for hosts: missed call alerts are missed income.
Complete your profile
A real photo and a short bio. Empty profiles get very little traffic.
Good to know on iPhone
Requirements
A recent iOS version and an iPhone from the last few generations. The app runs on iPad, in iPhone compatibility mode.
Hosting works
iPhone cameras are an advantage for hosts. Use a stand, front lighting and Do Not Disturb during sessions.
Region locks
If the listing does not appear, the browser version works today. Switching Apple Account regions creates billing problems and is not worth it.
Battery and heat
Long video sessions drain the phone fast. Stream plugged in, and take the case off if it gets hot.
Common iOS problems
Most issues are permissions rather than bugs. Check Settings, Chamet, then camera and microphone before reinstalling anything.
Quick fixes
- Black screen on a call: camera permission is off in Settings.
- No sound: microphone permission, or the silent switch on the side of the phone.
- No verification SMS: check the country code, wait a minute, tap Send again.
- App crashes at launch: update iOS, then reinstall the app; your account is on the server, not the phone.
Payments and balance
- Top-ups made through the App Store are billed by Apple, not Chamet.
- A missing top-up is a Chamet support matter; keep the Apple receipt.
- Never share your Apple Account password, whoever asks.

Is Chamet available on iPhone?
Yes, on the App Store, with the same features as Android including hosting.
Is there a Chamet APK for iPhone?
No. APK is Android-only. On iOS the App Store is the only safe route; the browser version is the fallback.
Why can I not find Chamet on my App Store?
Availability varies by region. Use the browser version rather than changing your Apple Account country, which breaks your existing purchases.
Can I host from an iPhone?
Yes, and camera quality is usually better than on entry-level Android phones. Stream plugged in and with notifications on.
Does it work on iPad?

How do I delete my account?
From the app, in the account settings. Deleting the app alone does not close the account or the balance.
